During your initial meeting, we’ll gather detailed information about your immigration history and background to assess your visa options and provide advice on the likelihood of success based on your circumstances, eligibility, and the evidence required.

 

We will explain each visa type and how it aligns with your future plans—whether or not it allows for a switch to another visa or a route to settlement. If you have dependents, we will also discuss how they can be included in your application. Costs and timescales will be discussed during the appointment. However, please note that we do not have control over third-party organisations, and we cannot guarantee when they will respond or issue a decision.

 

Many visa applications require extensive documentary evidence. We will guide you on how to upload your documents. While we offer this service, some clients prefer to handle the document upload themselves. We will always follow your instructions and kindly ask that you allow us to review and confirm that your supporting evidence has been correctly uploaded before you submit anything.
